We do not currently deliver to Afghanistan, Angola, Belarus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen and Zimbabwe. This includes the Middle East, Africa, China, India and other countries in Asia and South East Asia. If you place an order which requires delivery to a country where we are not confident about the reliability of the national postal service, we reserve the right to re-quote the delivery charge for using a carrier with a more secure signed-for service. Please note these fees will vary country by country. This means that you or the recipient of your order pays any Customs Duty, VAT and Customs clearance fees on receipt/collection of the item. We warmly welcome international customers and are very experienced in safely packing and sending orders to customers in over 50 countries, including Japan! The international delivery service provided by our delivery partners (Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce) is offered to you on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Please note that we do not charge extra for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands, however, we do recommend that you allow an extra couple of days for delivery to these destinations. If you are not home when the driver attempts to deliver, a card will be left for you to either go to the delivery office to collect your order or to contact the delivery office and arrange for the re-delivery at a date to suit you. We will email you to confirm the despatch of your order and, if we have used a tracked service, we will advise you of the company that we have used for delivery as well as the consignment reference number. We use a range of services from the Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce to affect our delivery service. We can also deliver to both a UK Post Office Box and to a BFPO address. If you would prefer us to deliver your gift directly to the recipient simply complete their address details on the checkout order form and we send your order to them and the receipt to you.
